Delivery service was terrible! Reported address was incorrect when it was not. I believe, but am not certain, shipment was delivered without required signature, on third attempt.

We ship with UPS and occasionally mistakes happen that are out of our control, in this case causing a one day delay in delivery. We are sorry a one day delay is so unacceptable to you.

The turn around time, starting from the placing of the order to the delivery. Your product is well received by all whom I have gifted, but moving forward this may not be my first choice in selecting a gift to send.

Everything went great except one of the bottles exploded during transport. This got all other bottles wet and created an odor. The quality was good however and the prices were very competitive

I ordered this champagne for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately nowhere in the website did it say that I would no receive the package until the following Monday or anything about how long shipping takes which is the only thing that upset me as we did not have it in time. Other than that it looks to be exactly what I wanted. I haven't opened it yet.
