Prompt and accurate response from Customer Service
I purchased a small folding table from Preferred Living. The catalog said it could be folded for storage and said that no assembly was required. When it arrived, before unpacking the table (in case I decided to return it), I read the instructions which came with it. The instructions (which were basically pictures with no narrative) showed attaching two screws to the folding legs which both appeared to prevent it from folding thereafter and to constitute post-delivery “assembly” which was contrary to the representation in the catalog. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours had a response which was that the use of the screws were optional and were not necessary for the use of the table. With that additional information, I unpacked the table and am satisfied that what customer service told me was correct. Customer service’s response was prompt, and accurate. You can’t ask for more than that. I am a satisfied customer

Good tool rack but need a bit of help on the bracket and screws.
On inline shopping was having trouble finding items I saw in catalog. Finally found and really liked heavy tool hangers we ordered but the bracket needed 2 people to install cuz it moved around while trying to drill and hold hanger. Plus the screws provided my husband said they were junk. So we used some he had but we really like the tool hanger despite the things we encountered. We ordered 3 more.

Two good things, but covered in rust
Two good things. One, customer service reached out to clarify the shipping set up. Two, the shipment arrived very fast. However, the entire fire pit was covered in rusty. Even after using some steel wool and black spray paint designed for high heat surfaces (grills, fire pits, etc) still has a lot of rust and flaking metal. Really disappointing as it was meant as a gift for spouse, and for this much money, should have required no clean up, scrubbing, repainting etc.
