When I founded Sporty’s over 60 years ago, I made a "commitment to the customer," a commitment to sell only high quality products and back it up with unbeatable service. Today, we still believe in the old fashioned values of helpful, personal customer service. We know you have high standards for buying by catalog – we plan on exceeding them every time you order from us. Here are just a few of the ways we do it.

I saw this item last year at Christmas but it was too expensive. Looked for it online and Preferred Living had the best deal. Because I am a new customer, I also got free shipping. Very fast shipping. I Love the item and am super pleased with this company.

Your shipping costs are out of control. There is no reason to charge $20.00 to ship a single product under 5 lbs. I will not pay $20.00 for shipping from Ohio to Georgia.

I received exactly what I ordered and in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything from the get-go was great. The explanation of the product on line was excellent.Describing and showing ithe golf stand as it could be used was perfect. I ordered the golf equipment organizer as a last minute Christmas gift for my husband and it got here quicker than half of the stuff already ordered for him. He set it up immediately and absolutely loved it. Ideal for those of us who like everything in its place. The stand is of good quality and the pricing was reasonable . It also easy to set up

The item was shipped in great packaging, which arrived undamaged. The item was exactly as shown on the website, and functioned well with a frozen steak...under 3 hours to thaw a 1-inch thick sirloin.

Usually the Preferred products are the best. Awhile back I got something that failed pretty quickly. It was easy, quick and no expense to get a replacement. Thank you
