The team is very welcoming and informative. I love the new showroom. I had two Michele watches that needed a battery and they changed it while I waited for a minimal fee! I browsed their selection of pre-owned pieces while waiting and the prices are better than anywhere I've seen online.

Ordered a watch from Precision. I showed up with a broken band. Now, they are giving me the run around to return it for a refund. Beware!

I recently purchased my first luxury watch, a Rolex, from Precision Watches and I’m pleased to say that it was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. From the second that I walked into the exquisite Precision Watches showroom, every person that I met was friendly, helpful and without any of the airs that you can sometimes experience in higher end establishments. They took me seriously and they were very willing to work with me right from the start. The appearance and layout of their store is really something to see. It’s purposefully designed, and it’s the perfect environment to view, discuss and purchase quality time pieces. And, they actually have a significant number of quality used and new watches in stock and available. I am very happy to have found Precision Watches, and I’d suggest that if you’re in the market for a quality watch, and you want to build a relationship with a dealer who treats you like a valued customer, and who has significant product to offer, you need look no further than Precision Watches.
