Precision TeleMed Review
Precision TeleMed Review – A Cautionary Tale for Anyone Considering Them Precision TeleMed is hands-down the worst telemedicine company I have ever dealt with. Any business that hides from public reviews should already be a red flag. They reached out to me—not the other way around—knowing I’m a major influencer in the GLP-1 space. I have nearly 1 billion views across platforms, and every 90 days, my Instagram alone brings in 30–40 million views. I’ve been selling GLP-1 medications for 3 years, featured on multiple TV stations, and my med spas have been showcased nationally. My client list is 682 strong, and I’ve worked with several respected GLP-1 companies without issue. But here’s what happened: • They scheduled me while their MD was on vacation. • I wasted three weeks waiting—only to be met with unprofessionalism and attitude. • The owner spoke to me like I owed him something when I hadn’t made a dime with them. His arrogance and disrespect were mind-blowing. I was willing to share my reach, my clients, and my platform with Precision TeleMed, but they clearly didn’t want me—despite needing me far more than I needed them. In the end, it’s their loss. My pages, my reach, my influence are worth more than any billboard or ad campaign. I’ll continue working with companies that value partnerships and respect people’s time—because time is money, and I refuse to waste either.
Response from Precision TelemedAug 11, 2025
We’d like to take a moment to clarify the events to avoid any further misunderstandings. You were invited to try our services through a complimentary coupon code as part of an influencer collaboration. At no point were you a paying customer. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling oversight, specifically, a provider not blocking off their calendar during vacation—you were mistakenly booked for a consultation. As soon as we became aware of the error, our team reached out within one minute to sincerely apologize. Despite being on vacation, the provider took full accountability and offered to honor the appointment. Our CEO personally called to apologize and inform you that the doctor would be joining any minute. Rather than working toward a resolution, your response included personal insults toward our company and unsolicited advice on how to run a telemedicine business. We respectfully explained that this partnership may not be the best fit moving forward. Despite our efforts to accommodate you and provide complimentary care, your reaction was aggressive and disproportionate to the situation. It’s unfortunate that a single, quickly-resolved mistake led to repeated attempts to damage our reputation. This is now the second Trustpilot review you’ve posted with the intent to harm our credibility, despite our team acting professionally and in good faith throughout the entire interaction. After you verbally attacked our CEO and disregarded our efforts to make things right, we made the decision to discontinue the influencer partnership and this is what upset you.
