Premier delivered our new puppy right on time. The experience was seamless. The driver Richard was wonderful. He helped me make the surprise for my spouse unforgettable. Our puppy was clean and looking good. I highly recommend Premier Pet Transport. Thanks again Richard.

Richard did an amazing job of communicating during the journey of my puppy delivery and even got my puppy a day early! He did a wonderful job explaining all the paperwork and everything I needed to know for Winston. I was very impressed with the high level of communication and customer service. A great way to have your new dog arrive at your door step and not have to have the dog go through a flight.

Sebastian and Tom stayed in contact with us the whole time they were en route. They answered all of my questions. Drop off with our new pup was perfect!

Dallas and David kept in close contact each step of the trip. They even arrived early! So polite and professional. The guys gave us a couple of travel tips, signed paperwork and were off to their next destination.

They called on the way to say he was doing great. They got Gus to my house early. We couldn't be more pleased.

Tom and Sebastian could not have been kinder! They kept us informed throughout, arrived a little bit early and were just the best guys! Love our new girl who was clearly well taken care of on her journey from Texas to NC.
