Everything was Great! From beginning to end of the whole process!!! Nathan and Skyler were friendly and professional. I got all my instructions and paperwork and asked a few questions! Our Golden Retriever puppy was delivered to us on time, healthy and safe! The drivers were kind and professional and we love our girl! We purchased her through PuppySpot and they arranged everything. The transportation company did everything they promised!

Nathan and Skyler were OUTSTANDING in every aspect. The communicated on travel status regularly, arrival time, and other data points from the start to transfer of Mika. They were extremely professional and personal > their caring for the puppies was very visible Mika was cleaned and warm [temps were 15 degrees] outside when we picked her up. Location of transfer was easy to find and in great geographical location for us. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone> sorry his name escaped me> he also was extremely professional personable and was able to provide the data we requested prior to the transfer travel > we were to have a second puppy in the van, which was a great transport vehicle - new and well equipped, however she was below her release weight and was delayed to a subsequent travel.
