Chuck did a great job getting our new puppy to us from Ohio all the way to Arizona. He stayed in communication with us and gave us updates when necessary. When our puppy was delivered was happy, clean and smelled great. The drivers were very professional and informative. Thanks for getting our puppy to us safe!

I was cut off. Here is my review: Ryan and Richard kept us abreast of their EAT for 3 days. We were greeted warmly by Ryanwhile Richard gave the puppy a dry bath. Ryan gave us a full explanation of how they handled the pup’s long trip//geeding, cleaning, one man always with the dogs. Totally professional job!

Chuck and Skyler were the best. They sent me a text letting me know they’d be running about 20 minutes late because of road construction. When they transferred our new puppy to me, they were very professional but friendly. Our pup was clean & smelled good. It was a very good experience!

The communication was excellent. The driver was extremely kind. He waved to us as he pulled recognizing our vehicle. I was so relieved that my 6-month old, male Boston Terrier was 20 pounds, and not 11 pounds as I was told by Puppyspot. I was concerned he would be fragile and small boned. He weighted a ton 19.6 lbs. I am 73. I shouldn't pickup anything greater than 10 pounds. I had him 3 hours and we are bonded. Not a problem a relief.
