We couldn’t be happier with Premier Pet Transport (PPT). They kept us informed on a regular basis so we didn’t have to wonder. We arrived at our pick up location and there were five or six others there for their new pets as well. PPT was already there even though we arrived a little early. I don’t recall the driver’s name, but he was extremely helpful. He was thorough in explaining everything to us. He was frirndly, well informed, and very professional with everyone that was there. He is a tremendous ambassador for PPT. We will definitely have no hesitation to use themin the future. Thank you.

Pickup was super easy and my puppy arrived happy. Chuck and Beau were great!

Nathan T and Clinton delivered Benji on time and in very good condition. Benji did have a little soil on his hind quarters, otherwise he was clean.

Chuck and Beau did an amazing job handling my fur baby, they gave me ample time with their notifications letting me know when and where to pick up my new puppy. Picked up our puppy from Chuck and Beau. After a delay, they ended up getting there a bit earlier and text to let us know. Communication was great. Thanks guys for getting us our little guy safely.

Nathan and Clinton were excellent with their communication. They arrived about a minute or two before the estimated ETA when we came to pick up Comet. They were very professional and were able to give us very clear and precise instructions. We appreciated them very much
