Joey and Roy were great! Very professional, we’re slightly delayed but they kept us informed and arrived when they said they would. Could tell they had taken great care of Darcy all the way from Missouri. Thank you so much!

I loved how the drivers communicated with me via text. They kept me informed and responded promptly to my text messages. Also, they were extremely curtious and professional when I arrived to pick up my puppy. Their names were Ryan and Richard! Thanks Premier. You scored a 10 in my book!! I also loved how they took a picture of me with my puppy.

Dallas and Jaydon were easy to deal with and our puppies were in great shape when they arrived. They took the time to chat with us and make sure the puppies George and Gracie were cleaned up and well.

I’m sorry this took so long to get to you, it’s been four weeks today since Ryan and Richard dropped off my sweet little Magnus. And I could not be happier. Premier Pet Transport was amazing, and kept us informed the entire way. Their bubbly personalities were wonderful and they were very patient with the special circumstance. I have a right side that does not work very well, so my aunt was my driver. She did not want to get in the picture, but Ryan helped me talk her into it, and I love that he did that. Both Ryan and Richard love what they do, and it really shows. If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would!

We are so happy to hear this wonderful feedback. Ryan and Richard strive to provide the best service, and I am so happy that they talked your aunt into the picture - such a wonderful memory to have. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share this and we hope your new fur baby is settling in well.
