Ryan and Richard were so professional when we met them. When my puppy was handed over to me she was so attached to Ryan she wouldn’t let go of him. Richard was in the van when we got there and he was giving Sophie, our puppy, a thorough bath. She smelled wonderful. When we took her to the vet the next day she was in perfect condition. Thank you Ryan and Richard for taking such good care of Sophie during the long long trip from Missouri.

Great experience with Premier and our drivers Nathan T and Clinton. Very friendly and caring. I was nervous of the pick up time being so late but once we saw the process I understood and felt safe. Meet up for pick up of our fur babies is shared with other families, it was a unique and emotional experience! But, rewarding to see the families connect with their puppies for the first time.
