Clinton was excellent! He communicated the entire way, was professional, and up beat which made him a pleasure to work with. My puppy arrived happy and clean. We received all of our paperwork and he answered all of our questions. Our puppy was calm and acted as though she had a pleasant experience also.

Dallas and Jaydon kept us informed along their route, so we were able to plan our evening. Emilia was alert, clean and healthy looking. The transport vehicle was climate controlled and well maintained. Our paperwork was in order and Dallas was cordial and informative. I would recommend them to anyone, based on the experience we had.
