From the very first contact with your Puppyspot representative we were blown away by your caring attitude and attention to details. We were worried about our new puppy being flown in the heat. When Clinton amd Austin called the night before the appointed delivery; asking if we wanted her early as they had arrived earlier than planned we immediately said yes. They were very professional and handed us our terrified little girl. They gave us her papers and we signed for her. After they took a picture of us holding her, they went on their way saying they had three puppies left to deliver. She was so unsure of what was happening to her but slept the entire night without crying. The next day she came to life gently exploring and snuggling with us. Puppy spot was in constant contact offering help and advice if we needed it. We changed her name from Katie to Winnie. She is precious and we couldn’t be happier with the professional service we received from Puppy Spot and the two gentle guys who delivered her to our home.
