My first time dealing with a puppy purchase and delivery, Your delivery guys, Clay and Beau were excellent and were early, greatly appreciate. Holly has adjusted well.

Ryan and Richard were very nice, professional guys and my puppy showed up clean and happy. I think they must have a shampoo station right there in the van. Very impressive! My only complaint is they made me drive two hours to meet them because they didn't want to drive all the way to my house. I assume that's just company policy, can't fault the drivers for that.

When we received our puppy he seemed to be in shock. He was very stiff for about forty five minutes. They had no idea of what type of food was contained in the plastic bag that was given to us at transfer. Overall it felt kind of like a drug deal. But we trying to get our new little one integrated into the family. Definitely not what we had in mind at all.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. The dog food provided was given to us by the breeder and if they do not properly label the bag, unfortunately there is no way for us to know the brand. We hate to hear that your new fur baby took a while to warm up. We do provide affection and care during transit, but each puppy responds differently, and they can take some time. We do not know what a drug deal feels like, but we know what it feels like to get a new puppy and that is the best feeling. We hope he is settling in nicely at home and that you enjoy many years with your new family member.

Driver was very nice and patient with my sister and brother in law he allowed them to record as he handed them their new puppy and take a picture with him as well! He was on time especially since they were so excited for her arrival! The only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating was although she didn’t have anything stuck to her she definitely required a bath when she got home!
