Excellent communication re early arrival for pet drop-off. Courteous and full of information about the transport, focus on health and safety of the pet during transport, sharing of details of the trip from Missouri, etc. It was obvious that Clinton and Nathan were especially professional, responsible and caring of pet over two-day transport.
