Drivers Nathan T. and Clinton pulled that van in right on time. And Nathan and Clinton promptly went to work taking care of the three of us waiting for our pups. As Clinton was preparing pups with a dry shampoo and brush out, Nathan took care of Owners. And did the paperwork, ID check, etc. He handed each pup to their owners, snapped a pic and. He was very professional and really knew his routine, told me what was in the bags including food, and I could review the process. However didn’t get to met Clinton. (and I may have reversed the names, sorry, was too excited)

Nick and Justin were amazing! They were positively professional and caring for the fur babies. On the day of transport they were in constant communication letting us know where they were in terms of timing. They arrived ahead of schedule and that worked out beautifully. Thank you so much for the white glove treatment with the delivery of them Bud, but now and forever Felix.

Premier pet transport was great to work with. They kept us in the loop of where our puppy was and what time to pick our puppy up. Clay and beau were on time and friendly, they checked our ID to make sure we were the future parents of Rocco! Rocco was clean and looked very well taken care of. We would definitely use puppy spot and premier pet transport again and would highly recommend them.!

I am retired over the road professional semi driver with a lot of miles doing 60000 miles delivering and picking up household goods did saw all of the United States and than worked for United parcel service so I know what Nathan and Clinton were going through just to people please there customers and they make a good team bringing skeeter the cocker spaniel 1800 miles from Indiana to Washington State along with 14 other puppies driving in baseball size hail leaving some dents on the Mercedes van and road rage drivers and angry drivers where it is all about me and with climate change and wild. weather they sent texts to give me the ETA of delivery and when arrived at destination called and I was there on stand by seeing the van and picked up the puppy and there team still had 4 more puppies to deliver before returning home to Missouri to there families so a sooper job and enjoyed them talking to them and getting all the puppies paperwork and I knew after 1800 miles that the puppy liked being on the road so I will road trip with the puppy in June to Idaho and back to the bad lands and do a lot of dog walking and breaks staying at the hotel looking around at the rivers and lakes so I know the puppy will be good on the road also the time changes that Clinton and Nathan and the puppies went through takes awhile when you get home to settle in and get back on your time well thanks a lot premier pet transport for doing your. job the rite way and I miss my other cocker spaniel topper who was 12 and on our last day there was a lot of trouble with his health and I drove him miles to the vet and the vet picked him up out of the back seat and took him to the hospital and came back outside to let me know that he was critical and this would be his last day and than 2 months later my mom went into hospice care and I stayed there all week and on her last day I did the rosary for her and prayed for her so the grieving goes on like it will for anyone loosing a pet or loved one because pain which we cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart until in our own despair against our will comes wisdom through the awful grace of God so thanks you guys for the puppy I enjoyed all day with the puppy and healing the great God bless

Absolutely great way to get your pet to you. Right on time, actually, a little earlier, than scheduled which I loved, as I was just waiting to get my new beautiful puppy, so worked well. (40 minutes) Nathan T. and Clinton seemed to really care about the puppy and answered all my many questions. Would use again.

The delivery was on time and at right location. Ryan and Richard were very courteous and answered our questions to our satisfaction.
