I was quite nervous about the process. The communication text messages and phone calls were comforting to me. They were early which was great for me. However, there was road construction on my end, and they waited patiently. Nathan T. was soothing the other dogs they had in the van. Clinton asked for my ID handed me my puppy and waited until we got acquainted with each other. Then took a photo showing I'd picked him up. Both Nathan T. and Clinton made this experience a wonderful one and I'd like to really thank them!!

Nick and Justin were great! They made arrangements to bring my little guy an hour early. This is my second Furbaby and they have done a fantastic job both times. I recommend Premier Pet Transport highly.
