When I purchased a puppy from PuppySpot about 5 years back, the puppy flew to me in airline cargo, which was rather traumatic for the dog. I was a bit skeptical when PuppySpot informed me my new puppy would be driven down to Florida from Indiana. The trip is nearly 1200 miles, so I was concerned about the well-being of my new, 7-month old dog. The experience could not have been more positive. Skylar and Nathan M were the drivers who hand-delivered my precious puppy. Everything was beyond perfect. Premier chose the meet-up point, which was only 45 minutes from my home. I immediately spotted the transport van and was greeted by Skylar and Nathan, who could not have been more professional, or any nicer. It was clear my new pup was calm and well cared for during the two-day drive. Any worries I held immediately melted away when I was greeted by Skylar, Nathan M and Mino, my new love. I would not hesitate to use Premier Pet Transport in the future. Thank you for making my experience memorable!!

Great communication and our puppy arrived on time, healthy and happy. Justin and Buck did a great job and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They both seemed to truly be “dog people” and took their jobs very seriously.

Buck and Justin were fabulous. Our puppy arrived safe and sound. They provided us with all the paperwork, food, and even carried are new 50lbs puppy to our car.
