We did not even know this company exist. Our 84 year mature Mother put her Pup of 20 years down. She struggled with being without her companion. We search and search for the Puppy of her choice. What? She lives in Indiana and we are in San Diego oh no now what! Premier Pet Transport that's what. Skylar and Ryan were extremely loving to our 12 week Yorkshire Terrier. They were SO gentle and kind to our Puppy that when Mother received her it was only a couple hours and Stella was very content. We were so surprised at how fast she settled in. We give credit to Skylar and Ryan for this. Well done and we will definitely recommend you to our friends. FYI I just found out the review I send the first time was at the wrong place. Sorry Skylar and Ryan! Well done.

Nathan T and Clinton delivered our little Angel, now named Sugaree (Greatful Dead) ontime and in perfect condition. They kept us up to date during the entire trip and were very professional, courteous and friendly. Now if they could only potty train her. Many thanks.

Nathan T. and Clayton were very professional and friendly. They frequently kept us informed of their whereabouts by text, and on the arrival date, notified us that they were arriving earlier than expected. It was fine, because we were so eager to meet our new puppy, that we, too, arrived earlier than expected! They gave us all the paperwork, explaining everything. They also answered all of our questions about the trip, how the puppies were transported, and what their feeding and walking schedules had been during the trip. We were very impressed with their detailed knowledge of all the puppies they were transporting.
