I had a great experience. Clinton and Nathan kept me updated on arrival time. I was pleasantly surprised.when they updated me that they were running ahead of schedule. When I picked up my puppy, I was informed how he did on the trip home and was asked if I had any questions. Thank you, Clinton & Nathan for ensuring my puppy had a safe and pleasant trip home!

I can’t say enough great things about Premier Pet Transport! Dallas and Richard were fantastic! They kept us in the loop from departure to arrival. They are kind and compassionate and very outgoing. You can tell they love what they do. We were given all the details regarding our puppies food, temperament, travel experience, they even gave her a lovely pampering before handing her over to us.
