Chuck was in communication with me during the day of transit. He answered any questions I had and was great about updating his arrival time. He played a key role in keeping us at ease during the travel time. It was clear that he really cared about the puppies and is committed to their comfort and safety. Thank you Chuck!

I highly recommend this company. Chuck was in contact throughout their travels. He let me know when to expect them. Then along the route he let me know they were running ahead of schedule and what the new time of arrival would be. He also texted to let me know when they were 20 minutes out so I could meet them in the lobby of my building when they arrived. Chuck was sweet and kind to my puppy as he held her while we did the paperwork and then gently turned her over to me. Thank you for the great care and transport of my pup.
