From the first contact with Richard we were in the know. He arrived a couple hours early and it just worked out even better. Richard was great, he is the best transporter I have ever met!!

Richard was very sweet and knowledgeable. The puppy arrived in good health and condition. The communication was good and timely. The shampoo they use for the puppy had an overwhelming smell but after a real bath he’s good to go. Highly recommend.

The driver, Chuck was very nice and waited for me to get there! His instructions were clear and he seemed to enjoy seeing us get the puppy almost as much as we enjoyed it!

Justin and Buck kept me informed on their progress and how my puppy was doing. My precious Pom, Apple Juice (AJ) was delivered ahead of schedule in perfect puppy condition! Justin and Buck were kind and explained everything. I was immediately comforted knowing that AJs long ride home to me was both safe and comfortable for him. Thank you so much! 💙🐾
