We had a great experience with PPT and it was much appreciated. The drivers, Dallas and Titus arrived on time and also send texts to keep us updated. Our little pup seemed to be very relaxed, not stressed in the least, which is so important in this imprint stage of her life. We also feel it has helped with her adjusting to her new family. The man who handed her over had a great sense of humor and was very kind which are two very important traits to have in my opinion. I think the only issue there was, which I believe wasn't their fault, was her food. It was different then what was told to us by PuppySpot. As mentioned, I believe that was on PuppySpot not PPT. Thank you for the wonderful experience, keep up the great work guys!

Puppy arrived clean and smelling good. Also seemed very happy. They were also puntual. Highly recommended them.

Dallas and Titus were on time, courteous and professional. Our puppy appeared well taken care of and adjusted quickly once given to us indicating to me that they gave great care to the dogs on the trip 1/2 way cross country.
