We had a wonderful experience of the delivery of our sweet Havanese puppy. Nick was very cordial, very informative, and organized. While Nick explained the paperwork, Beau was getting our puppy all ready. When we were handed our new family member, he smelled so good. We thank Nick and Beau for their kindness and for taking such wonderful care of our sweet puppy!!

Titus and Ryan were wonderful. Right on time at 4 AM, even though that’s an ungodly hour! Ryan carried her in for me and I was very grateful they couldn’t have been friendlier and nicer. Very professional.

They arrived early, kept me posted. Very polite and courteous. Told me about " Sarge " and his trip here. Provided me packet of paperwork for Veterinarian. Handed me Sarge like you would with a big baby. It was a very emotional time for me with happy tears.

Ryan and Titus: The professionalism, the courtesy, and the personality all Matched the experience. They were super informative, they were personable, and even tracked down the picture from the last adoption of our new puppies brother. We can’t thank them enough and honestly feel having men like this delivering the puppies to the customers is what makes the experience that much pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Ryan and Titus were respectful of my time. They contacted me to let me know they were getting close and then to let me know they would arrive early. Ryan took care in explaining paperwork and how my puppy was fed and pottied during the trip. Titus made sure the dog was fresh and clean for me to take home. They both were very much appreciated!
