The Pet Transport kept in contact with me the day of the delivery letting me know they were still on schedule. They met us at the rendez-vous point on time and we knew what to look for. The transfer of our new puppy to us was quick and professional. The puppy was clean and alert. It was a wonderful experience.

Premier pet delivered our Goldendoodle from Missouri all the way to MA, 45 min from where I live in RI. They were 5 hours ahead of schedule which was great because I have a flexible job schedule, otherwise that could have been a problem. The drivers kept in touch about the change in pick up time. When we got our puppy he smelled great and was clean. The drivers didn’t know too much about Goldendoodles which is sort of OK, but I guess there should be some basic knowledge there because if you’re transporting the puppies for hours and don’t know much about them how can you really care for them the best? I’m glad that my puppy got to us healthy, clean and safe. Thank You very much for transporting him as safely as you could.

Richard and Nathan M arrived promptly at the time scheduled. My puppy was happy, clean and in great spirits when she arrived. Richard and Nathan had great communication ahead of delivery and were very friendly once they arrived. This experience has been so seamless and pleasant. Cannot recommend more!

Clinton and Nathan were great! They were early, which I loved. Mandy, our mini Schnauzer pup, was clean, happy and doing well when we received her at the designated pick up spot. I was happy that they also asked for my Identification prior to handing her over. The guys made sure that I had her paperwork for her and some of her current food. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. A great way to start our puppy joining our “pack”!
