The Experience overall was efficient and on-time with good periodic communications. Dallas and David arrived 1/2 day earlier than originally scheduled which was fine, providing us with our new puppy along with the necessary paperwork and some dog food as part of a quick turnover process. The puppy looked happy to be at her new home given the long ride from Indiana to California which must have been stressful for her. Can’t really comment about much else as we only saw the delivery vehicle briefly. Not sure whether I’d take this delivery path again or fly our pup home next time. But the process worked pretty much as described and seemed fairly cost-effective. If I did this again, I'd ask many more questions regarding the transportation process and environment. How often do the dogs get fed? How do they go to the bathroom? Can they see anything beside the dark interior of a van? Do they get human contact during the trip? What does the interior of the transport van and the puppies individual space look like?

The team notified us about 4 hours before scheduled delivery to let us know that they could deliver about two hours early if convenient to us. We were pleased with this option and they arrived exactly as projected. Puppy seemed to be in fine shape and full of energy. I was handed a pile of papers and the puppy and they asked if I had questions. I asked about feeding and how long since she had been walked. They indicated that they don’t walk the dogs; not what I expected. Location of delivery, while only about 1.5 hours from our home, would have been much more convenient if I had been allowed to suggest a meeting place. I was told I could not do that. My recommendation was a public spot with easy access to major highways. Instead the location chosen was in the heart of the city with difficult traffic congestion being late afternoon.

They at first had to reschedule and then later made it a pickup due to winter conditions. But once I got my puppy, he looked well cared for and happy. Love my new puppy!

Everything was fine - 20 minutes late

All the updates regarding my puppy delivery were right on the money. Very polite service. One thing that I would have objection to would be that the puppy was quite dirty. So next time I would suggest to clean them a little more before they are handed over to the new owner.

Jayden and Nick were early and kept in touch with along the way. They were very personable and caring. The reasons for not rating a five-Baby, our Cotralian, Baby, smelled like poop and had it all over her feet. She was a little bit in shock, but we were prepared for that, not the filth. She is very slow to adjust and is unsocialized, that’s not your fault. I knew she wasn’t trained, but I was not prepared for her to be unsocial. I will contact the breeder. Not a good experience for us, but we love her and things will turn around.
