We were pleased that the original date and time scheduled remained the same. We receive communication the day before confirming the scheduled time would be when our puppy would arrive and they were 5 minutes early. The drivers, Dave and Dallas, were organized and our puppy was clean and a happy girl.

I must say that both Clinton and Nathan M. made this process incredibly simple and straightforward. Throughout the entire process, I was repeatedly called and texted with continuous updates. He even discussed our puppy’s health and behavior, so we wouldn’t be alarmed if we noticed any changes or differences. They even encouraged us to reach out if we had any additional questions.
