We were pleased that Clinton and Nathan M kept us informed once a delivery date was assigned. There was communication during the day and puppy was delivered 15 minutes early.

Yes, this company did a great job of delivering our puppy, they were on time and she was in good health. They gave us her shot records, veterinary records, and food. The drivers were very friendly and informative.

Everything went smoothly. Chuck was actually able to come a little early, so he asked me if I was ok with that. Of course I said yes, and when I arrived he was most cordial and helpful. I asked him if he had flown in and then he said he drove the whole way. I asked if he stayed in a hotel, and he said, “No, I stayed here w the puppies. I never leave the puppies alone.” He actually slept in the van with the puppies — that’s how much he cares about them! At first I thought I would fly to MO to fetch my new fur baby, but honestly Chuck did a better job than I could have! You and your puppy are in the best hands with him as driver and caretaker extraordinaire.

We received our 2 fur babies this morning and we couldn't be more happier with the care Dallas and David gave them. Dallas and David were in constant communication when they offered to drop our babies early. When we got the 2 babies they were very clean, well groomed, smelled great, and happy to be handled by them. We really appreciate the professionalism we received and know our babies were in great hands.
