The fact that James the driver was waiting for me at the designated location early. The puppy was in excellent condition. James gave me time to go into the convenience store, before we made the exchange.

Dallas and David brought our new fur baby to our agreed upon drop off location on-time, without a hitch. Cooper was happy and healthy appearing! All paperwork in order and explained well. Very professional, polite. You can tell they have a lot of experience with puppy transport! Thank you D&D!

You guys are wonderful! Buck and Justin were the drivers for my puppy's delivery. It was so obvious at how happy my puppy as that I knew with out a doubt they took great care while transporting him. Their commucation was excellent, and even notified to tell me they would be 3 minutes late. My thouht was wow! In California, I've gotten use to waiting in lines for ridiculous amounts of time and 3 minutes is nothing. Both guys were respectful, friendly and professional. I could tell they needed to get going to their next delivery, but they took the time to visit. Thank you. You guys are so appreciated! I'll recommend Premier Pet Transport highly to everyone! Dallas and David were very efficient clear with the explanation of the documents handed, very comunicative on giving their ETA, but what we most liked was the sensible tone of voice and wisely chosen words as he brought Rudy into our home. Premier did an excellent job getting us our puppy. They were on time, communicated via email and when I called to verify they were extremely pleasant and helpful.
