Nathan T. And Clinton were professional, prompt, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. They kept us updated, explained the details on our puppy and provided us with everything we needed. They answered any questions we had. Loved the experience and highly recommend them.

Nick was excellent and communicated numerous times regarding the status of the delivery of our puppy both before she left her breeder all the way until she arrived. Excellent communication!! It was very apparent that our little fur baby was very well cared for during her journey. She was very clean, apparently ate well, drank water and was very happy. He transferred all of her paperwork to us and explained everything thoroughly. Nick is a very professional and caring individual. Thank you Nick for all you did to insure her safe journey to her forever home.

From the start there was great communication, we were kept updated every step of the way. Nick notified us the night before, &. Again the following morning to confirm thee ETA, he actually arrived 20 minutes early! He introduced himself, & Layla was clean & looked in great condition given her long day on the road. All her paperwork was ready, & he explained what was there. Nick answered all our questions & assured us that should we have any other questions, we had resources available… It was a great experience from beginning to delivery.
