First class service start to drop off! Directions are specific and direct so no questions. Everything was spot on. James, my driver, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I never dreamed I’d need this service but when I do again I won’t hesitate. Very satisfied!! New puppy owner first time in my life and coming from a twin it’s EXTRA special!! Thank you PPT!!

Experienced excellent customer service with Premier! Dallas and David were wonderful! Kept me updated and was nice and friendly. The puppy was delivered to me healthy and smelled oh so good! Timing was so good that they arrived an hour early and gave me a choice to pick up the puppy an hour early or the regular schedule time. I am so happy my puppy was transported by Premier! Thank you Dallas and David for exceptional customer service

I’m so pleased with the professionalism of our delivery drivers Nathan M. and Sebastian. We received timely updates during the days preceding the delivery of our 10 week old puppy, Roxy. She had come all the way from Illinois to Georgia and arrival was on a busy night in our neighborhood, Halloween, which made me a little nervous. All was well and our drivers parked safely on our poorly lit street and placed our just groomed, fragrant puppy in my arms. No eating problems, she’s thriving. Thank you so much!

Buck and Justin delivered our fur baby recently and we couldn’t have asked for better people. They ensured us on how our puppy is doing and even let us know time frames throughout the day. Our puppy came clean, smelling great, and happy as ever. Great experience overall!
