Justin and Dallas made sure they communicated my pet’s arrival time the day before. On the day of arrival they called to tell me they were expecting to be early, which was great! When I met them they were professional and pleasant to deal with. They handed over all the paperwork and my new “baby”. They even cleaned him up and made him smell nice!

Justin and Dallas did a great job with Poppie. She was nervous for only about 20 minutes. She settled down cuddles abound. Hydrated and not hungry. Poppie ate and drank her water the next morning. Having normal potty and pee. All signs say she’s healthy! She’s adorable and ready a mama’s girl. She came a lot earlier than planed so that was great!

Premier Pet Transport was Excellent! Buck and David took excellent care of our little Dachshund puppy and she was delivered fed, taken care of, and clean! We truly appreciate your care and service and thank you for delivering our little fur ball of joy so well. Our only comment would be that coming from TX to VA and with bad storms approaching, it would have been nice to be able to track the van and know where our pup was all the time. Otherwise, we would definitely trust Premier Pet in the future with no reservations.

David and Buck were awesome! They communicated with us along the way and were early with the delivery of our 10 week old Cavalier King Charles, Sully. It’s obvious that they enjoy what they do and love the puppies. Sully was happy and healthy upon delivery. Can’t recommend Premier Pet Transport enough.
