We cannot say enough wonderful things about the service we received from Ryan and Titus. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to safely transport our puppy from Kentucky all the way to Boston. Throughout the journey, they showed her incredible care, patience, and kindness, treating her as if she were their own. When she arrived, it was clear she had been well cared for and loved along the way. Ryan and Titus are professional, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We are beyond grateful to them for bringing our puppy home safely and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-notch puppy transport. Nathan was very professional providing detailed info about our puppy, her trip down, her temperament and provided a photo to help us confirm if the accessories we got her, to include her kennel, is big enough. We also appreciate the updates of how far out he was in the trip and that he would be arriving a lil earlier than planned. Receiving the extra dog food was a bonus! Our puppy arrived in clean, smell good condition and in good spirits taken to Nathan - she was sad when he left. Thank you for taking care of her.

I’m so thankful for the kindness and care Ryan and Titus provided to our new pup; traveling far, but providing such care. Our pup arrived with them exactly as expected, warm, happy, and obviously well cared for. They communicated with us extremely well to coordinate the delivery, and were helpful and professional in the hand off.

Beau and Sebastian were very prompt and openly communicated with us about exact drop off time especially after the snow storm. They informed us of all the instructions and breeder recommendations. Very pleased with their service.

They had great communication, arrived exactly when they said they would and my puppy was happy and clean. Worth every penny! I think my puppy and I would have both been way more stressed if I had gone to get her.
