Control Find feature doesn't work
I've sent multiple emails to get this issue resolved and it's still not resolved. When I attempt the practice exam and upload the handbook with double screens side by side like the actual exam the control find feature does not work properly on the handbook pdf I upload to use with the practice exam and I've paid $3,000 for this course which ends January 31st. I am being cheated out of my money.

Paid for the course days ago and it still isn’t showing up under my online account. Have lost several days of studying for the PE. Still not there.

Don't Use PPI2Pass for Are 5.0 PA/PPD/PDD
Passed the CE, PcM & PjM Exams using PPI2Pass. Worked out for the less design oriented exams, that had less charrettes, etc. Now I sat for Programming and Analysis, and this prep material and the quizzes/practice exams were terrible, almost as if I hadn't studied at all.

How to use the PPI phone number and chat function
I am unable to use the PPI phone number or website chat function because the "new" PPI system doesn't recognize my order number, order date, or product purchase. However, the PPI phone system DOES recognize my phone number. Also, in my interactions with the PPI Customer Service team (emails), no one ever signs the emails or provides contact info.

Not happy with communication other than class schedules
I am not happy with my course content as i was emailed about class schedule but not notified of course content needing to be gone through prior to classes starting. Now i am behind and fighting to get those readings done with classes continuing.
