The yellow book was a great review of the topics. The review questions were fairly relevant to the actual fe test questions. My only complaint is that the online practice test questions are not similar to the current fe exam and some questions were not relevant to the topics covered in the test prep manual. I was scoring 80% on the print NCEES practice exam, 40% on the PPI online practice test, and passed the FE exam. The practice test format and rendering were accurate but the questions were too long and required more time than the actual NCEES practice exam actual exam questions. I would recommend the study package that includes all the print items and calculator but not the online class or test. Become familiar with the NCEES practice test style questions, they are more accurate to the style of questions you will see on the exam.

Decent product for chemical engineering. Materials slightly dated. You can get a better calculator than the one they provide. Teacher was good to work with.

A few technical difficulties but great course, well organized, and a great instructor in the live course.

Need a little more work to finish updating class material for the CBT format.

I would recommend the course to other PE candidates. The quizzes were extremely difficult to pass. I did not complete them all, but still passed my PE exam. My instructor, Paul Anderson, was phenomenal. Extremely helpful, great teacher, and went out of his way for his students.

Overall good course, I was pretty happy with the quality of instruction. The first breadth instructor I had wasn't great, but PPI allowed me to change sections really easily. The depth instructor I had was absolutely fantastic. The study tools were really useful. A critique I have is that the practice problems were often really challenging, and some were just so complicated they didn't really reflect what I expect to see on test day. I also found that a lot of the study material is not as relevant for the updated exam format based on the NCEES reference manual. I was doing the course in the first couple months of the exam being offered as a computer based test, so it's fair to say that PPI was still updating the curriculum. Overall happy with the program though and I feel like I'm on solid ground for my test next week.

I found the PPI2Pass questions very pertinent and well written. It makes one think but at the same time they are easy to read and understand. I went thru almost all questions over and over again until I received 90% score...even repeating some of the questions. Just doing this exercise helped me with speed and quick comprehension. Doing this also builds the confidence level needed to easy thru...

The information and instruction was very good and helpful. The pace was a bit too fast for me to keep up with everything. I have been out of school for 24 years and I had to re-learn a lot of information in order to understand the information presented in the classes, while maintaining a full time job and taking care of my family. The speed of the classes did not seem accommodate someone who had been out of school as long as I have, also with a full time job and family. Overall the information and instruction was great. Just wish I had more time to adjust to everything and more time to comprehend, disgust and relearn the information that I needed to understand the information presented in the classes. The information presented in the classes felt like a fire hose effect, coming at me fast and furious.
