The classes were extremely slow paced…
The classes were extremely slow paced and not engaging. The instructor read the slides verbatim and just said "I won't go over this, you can just read it in the book" frequently. I have tried twice to cancel the class within the 3 day cancelation period and so far have recieved no response or acknowledgement of my request and no refund.

As of today
As of today, if you are taking a P.E. exam, do not use this course with the hopes of it simulating exam. If this company even had 1 employee sit for the exam 1 time and they cared about you, they would give you the actual tools needed and provided in the actual test environment. Heads up: using this course, you will not be able to draw any engineering process lines on their interface with technical graph interpretation. Seems ridiculous on an engineering exam for a company who touts themselves on being the best in the business. If you want a solid bank of review problems, this is probably ok but the “simulation” as they promise it to be, “realistic,” is not true. They just want your money. It is clear to me; no one from this company is sitting down and evaluating their product’s true readiness of today’s exam for us future engineers. Would not recommend to anyone just off principle.

My order was put on hold and I was…
My order was put on hold and I was never informed till I called their customer service. Then even though I paid for two day delivery and it was held back for 6 days they had the nerve to again charge me for two day delivery after they released the hold. (The hold was because the paying address was different then the shipping address). The book was for my nephew and even though we both have the same last name, they held back on the order without telling me or him.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I've taken on average 2 trainings per year since starting my career and this is the worst training ever. Environmental Engineering EIT prep. 1. Poor turnaround time on instructor response. 2. Provided text does not align with NCEES standard. 3. Questions in the book are not similar in difficulty to what the instructor presents. 4. The recorded class and live session use the EXACT same questions. No point in spending the extra money for live instruction when the professor cannot answer your questions.

I signed up for a live online course the day before it started and was not able to access the class. There is no cut off day or time listed on the website leading one to believe that the process is automated.

Classes are not available online as advertised. It says that the classes will be available after 24 hrs, but is not true. The class for January 23, 2023 is not available.
