Still waiting for order placed last week with overnight shipping
This is from an email I sent the company on 6/5. As of 2:30PM on 6/6, still no reply and no books. On Thursday, 6/1, I placed an order for 4 copies of NCIDQ Interior Design Reference Manual and requested expedited shipping- Next Day Air Saver-. Today, 6/5, I checked my account and see my credit card payment of $1,106.95 is still listed as pending, and my order has not shipped yet. Can you please tell me why the order has not been processed and shipped yet?

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. OnDemand training modules are random and readings are just copied from a book I already have, I do not recommend this service. Just because of the customer service experience. FYI PPI will not respond to me even after this crappy reply!. Screw them

Waste of Time
[FE CIVIL] The content of the NCEES practice exams versus the content PPI focuses on are not the same. I wasted my study time using this software instead of just running through practice problems. Although I spent 72+ hours on this software, I failed my exam.

Some material is irrelevant to the FE…
Some material is irrelevant to the FE discipline I will be taking. At times there is too much unnecessary info. Explanations to questions are not in depth. Sections/info not on official & latest Handbook. Not better than reading my notes from when I took the classes. Errata Expensive I do not recommend it.

Do Not Recommend
The classes were very dull. Very slow-paced in basic ideas and fast-paced under challenging concepts. It's basically reading from PowerPoint and many wrong questions in the slides. Lots of wasted time on those incorrect questions. I feel ripped off. I wish I hadn't wasted time and money on this course.
