FALSE ADVERTISING
PPI2Pass is advertising classes that aren't even available. I signed up for PPI2Pass specifically for the class times that they have offered and they cancelled my class only a week before it started, without any prior notification of this and did not offer any alternative options for me. Have been reaching out and they still are giving me the run around.

Customer service is not good.
Tried to enroll (fe exam), but they couldn’t process my application. Customer support didn’t helped either.

(1) Start by actually having an agent work the Chat line. That would help a lot. (2) Get back in touch with Chat participants who have attempted multiple times over several days to reach someone.
