PPI2Pass.comReviews of ppi2pass.com

-It would be helpful to have more questions with pictures like the real exam. - a little more challenging on the problems would be good - there is no closed captioning and if you ask they require some sort of proof, that sounds like discrimination, and since the package includes a lot of videos, I am paying for not understanding the speech which is unfair

The multimedia elements are horrible. Sound quality is poor and cuts out. The slides as fuzzy/low quality. I would like the option to study more flashcards in a day.

The website was not user friendly. It was easy to find the review courses but is was very difficult to find just the structural PE books. So much so I would have to go to google and enter the name of the book for it to show me the link to add the book into my cart.

haven't done a whole lot yet but initial thought this seems like it will help me get in the swing of things

I liked my instructor. Gregg Wagener was very informative and helpful. I did not like the audio and visual quality of the lectures -- the microphone quality was poor and the visual drawing effects on-screen during the lecture were not effective. I liked the forum where I could ask questions, but I found the rest of the site confusing and hard to navigate. The course was advertised as having the "Learning Hub Quiz Generator" but my course did not have that and I wish PPI was more honest about that upfront. There should be more practice materials provided by PPI for the Electrical: Electronics, Controls, and Communications course.

PPI made it right, but initially was alarmed when the entire platform changed over to Atom. Atom is not well set up for users who need to focus on specific areas of ARE 5.0 preparation. The previous original Moodle is great; colleagues at my office all agree.

Time is of the essence. You must give yourself plenty of time to take the practice tests, homework quizzes and really understand the material. PPI does give you the tools to prep but its up to you to manage time.

I watched all live online lectures and completed assigned homework and quizzes for this course. I do think the course goes well above and beyond in terms of material depth. I think this can be beneficial but also very time consuming and unnecessary in areas to prepare for the exam. I didn't get much out of the lectures- they were basically a review of the handbook with some example problems mixed in. I recommend using the quiz generator to mix up questions from all the different topics. The PPI questions are much longer but will help you understand topics in depth. I think PPI questions are presented in a much different way compared to the actual exam.
