poor course, the instructor keep humping and singing and he goes through the lectures very quickly. very bad course, never recommend it to anyone.

Very poor quality class

Don't get ripped off like myself and many others. I bought the ARE 5.0 review set which included the review manual, practice exams and problems. The manual is very thick and has too much information. Going through the practice exam and problems didn't help much for the test. The worst part of my purchase was that I paid an extra $50 for the e-book of the project manual, which only opens on Adobe digital editions, which is now obsolete. I called customer service a few times to see if they can give me a download for the e-book that would open up on another app and said, that they don't have that version anymore, even if NCARB is still testing in the 5.0 version. They said they have an updated version and I would have to pay for it, which would cost twice as much. It really bothers me when companies are so unethical in their business practices, ripping customers off with horrible customer service! Save yourself from getting ripped off. PPi ARE Review Materials are a no go. I would check out other ARE 5.0 review manuals like dusset or amber. I am never purchasing anything from this horrible unethical company ever again!

Poor customer service. Products offered are confusing and if you make the wrong purchase, no refunds are offered. It's expensive. You can't print ebooks, even if you purchase them. The website is clunky. I'm not even sure what I paid for.

This course is horrible and a waste of money. The instructor was a pompous ignoramous with no teaching skills. The practice problems are too hard and unrealistic. They don’t represent the actual test by any stretch of the imagination. I used it when I had it free in school and failed. I thought it was just me and believed the ratings hype and bought the full course with instructor and really regretted it. I failed again miserably. The school of PE course is far superior and they have different professors who have expertise in each different course. Stay far say from ppi2pass. The ratings are biased and skewed.

They have terrible customer service and only care about money unfortunately. The course was good except the class size was so large (I did the instructor course). Additionally when I asked to extend by a week (I would definitely pay), they would only allow me to purchase the month subscription. Since my exam is in a week there would be no point for me to do this. I am disappointed in their inflexibility, specially since I am a customer who shelled out money for their course. A little consideration would be appreciated. Edit: per the response below, I reached out the customer support again and they did Not resolve my issue. They are insisting I purchase a monthly subscription.

I took FE civil on Demand course totally waste of money and time. my worst experience ever, the instructor is reading directly from the slides, not enough problems in the videos. when you reach the structural design and the mechanics of material, the instructor starts rushing to finish the course, he does not explain anything he is just reading from the slides, and when you go to the quizzes to solve more problems, the questions are very complicated and only about 25% of the questions were explained before in the videos and the slides. I am less than 30 days from my test and I felt like I wasted 6 months with this course for nothing. I am way confused because of this course and ended up watching youtube videos for another instructors to understand the material. please stay away from this course.
