1) Terrible "classroom" for the live class. The fact that they use a proprietary video service is embarrassing given how many free options there are (zoom for example). This incredibly inhibits the students ability to interact with the instructor. Not being able to talk to the instructor, and instead typing out questions, thoughts, comments, etc. is debilitating to the 2-way flow of communication. 2) The solutions provided to most practice problems do a woefully inadequate job of explaining how/why to solve a problem. Solutions steps are seemingly performed out of a logical order. Lots of necessary math often times just gets skipped or isn't shown at all. 3) The instructor’s ability to explain solutions and difficult concepts in new and/or easy to understand ways was lacking. Often times was just reading directly from the power point and working through pre solved solutions. 4) PPI was not very transparent as far as how long students would have access to the OnDemand portion of the class. At the time of signing up, I was under the impression that I would have access to the OnDemand course throughout the end of the year.

Poor. I have spent thousands over the years with PPI and instead of only being out $250 I am out $600 because of books and calculator, ect. that I already own from previous courses that I purchased. I requested that my case be re-evaluated to allow me to return the unopened box of books but was still denied. I will not use PPI again or recommend to others.

I now realize that there are better programs. And the product - one thick book - is disappointing.

I took the test three times and failed. I took the test once in 2019 and then I took your review course and failed it twice in 2021.

In preparing to take my PE Test I bought three books to help me prepare. I decided to get the yearlong subscription as I needed to have access while away on business. After getting access and flipping through the the online program, I was extremely disappointed with the software. Printing could only be done 1-2 pages at a time, and it was very difficult to quickly flip through the books, only 3-5 bookmarks for each book, and no way to jump to a specific page. After a day or two struggling through it, I called customer support for a refund and to cancel my subscription. But it in the fine print of a webpage not linked to there was a line that EBooks are non-returnable. At no point during the checkout or in the description was this noted. Very deceiving. I will not be buying anything from them again and will recommend another company to anyone else that asks.

Wrote an honest review of how the product didnt work and how I couldnt figure out how to use it. Got a reply to my review here on trustpilot from (Emily) saying that a "senior team member" would reach out to me directly to discuss the situation further. Not only did that NEVER happen, since I didnt get anything from them, I reached out to them to offer my input. No replies. No nothing. I see on the Trustpilot website that many people have had the same failed promises of contact for details. It looks to me as though this "Emily" who promises of a "senior team member" reaching out directly is just a scam. Possibly an attempt to make it look like they care to improve thier services. However, the fact that they would take time to write it but dont follow through makes me cautious as to how much they actualy put into thier product. However, it is very representative of the services I received from them while subscribed. I am sure "Emily" will see this comment too, and promise again that a "senior team member" will reach out to me directly. To which I will laugh, and not hold my breath.

Problems were too complex compared to official ncees practice problems. Textbook was subpar.
