I paid membership dues to the PPA totaling over $3400, however I was denied basic service that is promised with membership. The problem I encountered SHOULD have been covered by the PPA's Indemnification Trust as they advertise, that is why I joined the organization. Instead of helping to mediate the issue, the PPA cancelled my membership without my consent. I have been reaching out to the PPA via email and phone since this all began in 2024, the last detailed message was left on January 19, 2026. I still have not received a response, however they blocked my account on Facebook. 😂 I was a member and supporter of this professional organization for over a 10 years before this nonsense began. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

They charge your card 10 days prior your monthly renewal date, instead of charging it on the date. What a shady practice. I canceled my service and then read about other unhappy customers. Also the only way to cancel your subscription is to call in. Very upset.

Scam! I did not sign up or click in for this service yet suddenly they were charging my account. I didn't even know who this outfit is. My bank did put the back in my account and stopped payment. So glad they caught it in time.
