Flip flops are great; still getting used to inserts.... I'm a nurse doing 12 hour shifts and I'm using them in my sneakers. Not magic, but so far better than anything else I tried.

Got a set in every pair of shoes I own. Have not had any failures yet. Was on my feet a lot today will know in the morning if there was any heal damage.

Been wearing the insoles for several years now. I work outside year round and am on my feet walking and carrying a lot of equipment. Started having ankle pain and then started having arch pain. Since I wear the powersteps full time, I no longer have these pains even though I'm getting older and have put on a few more pounds.
