Only problem was no fault of Powerstep. Ordered wrong size and had to send back and reorder another size. LOVE sandals!! Wish there were more colors.

Customer service is great with prompt shipping and returns if necessary. Various products fit different feet. I have a low arch and need moderate to firm cushioning and support. Too much cushion is not for my foot.
