The Powerstep insoles are ok (not great), nothing special and probably not worth the money -- BUT, their insole finder app is terrible -- it recommended an insole that created so much pain that I ended up having to see an Orthopedist. Their customer service is even worse -- maybe the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Would never buy one of their products again!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever,, when I tried to make a return. Shipping took days, and at one point tracking showed the product was returned to them, then shipped again. DO NOT GUVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS.

Fabulous product with snarky support. A 30 year and current user. [EDIT It's a damn shame I have no less than 6 sets and they walked me through healing born spurs Facitis something the Dr. wanted $350 for I WILL BUY AGAIN BUT SOMEWHAT FRUSTRATED] I have been buying Power Step inserts for more than 25 years. A podiatrist wanted $350 for an insert to help with my heel spurs. I tried PS inserts and the rest is history. Every new pair of shoes gets new inserts. That 10-12 purchases. When the material at the heel seperated on a new pair after very little wear I emailed. Only to be told “we’ve never seen that before” “we’ll replace ONE TIME” That was on the phone and the woman dripped in sarcasm. NOW a year later another insert did the same thing. But there’s zero customer loyalty and I have $60 junk. I have 25 year old pairs that are showing less wear!

If you still aren't satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-237-3668 and they'll be happy to coordinate an exchange or refund for you. ordered a foot wrap for plantar fasciitis. started to fall apart with in the first week. contacted powerstep for help and got the run a round.

Our low-profile Original and Sport-Tech full length products are pretty thin and a 3/4 length product like the SlimTech works great in low profile shoes with less room at the toes. Did nothing to relieve my foot pain. Just got thru mailing them back for refund. Other people I work with swear by them... sorry, not for me.
