I tried this after experimenting with dr scholls / a $200 custom orthotic prescription/ and various other inserts. I have flat feet and had a very painful collapsed arch that took over a year to treat. After a year of experimenting, I tried the powerstep regular insert and It felt better than any of the others. Then I read about the control model with the wedge and that one did the trick . After three months there was no pain. This is not unusual according to my orthopedic doctor. Sometimes a good OTC insert works better than the custom expensive ones. This is a good one. have been wearing daily for 6 months with hardly any sign of wear. Can't predict success for anyone else but----- 5 stars for me because it worked.

The only orthotic I can wear trust me I have several issues with my feet these are great arches are collapsed, nerve damage, arthritis bunion and I'm at work on my feet straight 8 hours a day 4 times a week as a food server these are the only insert that dosn' t hurt my feet.

They fit very good in my shoes. Very comfortable. They have eliminated all of my foot pain, I also noticed that my legs don't get as tired by the end of the day. They also have lasted a long time, so it ends up being much less expensive than buying another brand and replacing them every few months. I bought my first pair about three years ago, still like new. I bought a second pair for convenience.
