Powerstep inserts really help when you are on your feet for long periods of time or for working out! They also last a long time. Just replaced a pair that were 3 years old in my sneakers and I do a lot of walking for training!

I have very pronated feet and wish the inserts were a little more rigid and had more ball of the foot cushioning. Still the best product I have tried.

I love these inserts. Saved my feet. I work on concrete all day and was miserable. These really help me. I own 4 pairs now for all my shoes and I am going to get more.

I work on my feet 8 to 12 hours. I walk about 10 miles a night in one of the largest High Rise buildings downtown Columbus,Ohio. My feet were killing me! My Doctor recommended these to me because I have flat feet and have had to get cortizine shots in my heel. These are truely amazing. I git the memory foam with the arch. Amazing how goid my feet feel! I recommend them !

Have only used the orthotics a couple of times, so it is still a bit early for form an accurate opinion. But I am satisfied with the results so far.

I called the company and said I was looking for an orthotic to fit in ladies dress shoes. He told me which pair to buy and assured me it would fit in women’s dress shoes. It absolutely doesn’t. It’s way too wide and my shoes aren’t even heals; my shoes are flats and are fairly wide. I was really disappointed. Now I have to pay shipping to return it.
