This device looked like an excellent product to hold my foot stable while sleeping to try to control my plantar fasciitis. Sadly, it was extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heel area, and I could not stand to have it on my foot for more than ten minutes.

I have wasted a LOT of money on insoles that were "guaranteed" to provide specific support and comfort when in reality, they did little to nothing for my feet. My first pair of Powerstep insoles were recommended to me by a podiatrist. All I could think was "here we go again"....might as well just light the money on fire as to waste it on ANOTHER pair of insoles.....boy, was I wrong! I now have 3 pair of Power Step insoles....I even wear them in the clogs I wear around the house. I would recommend Powerstep insoles to anyone in need of quality long lasting insoles that TRULY provide excellent support and cushion for their feet. I have become a forever Powerstep customer!

Only flaw is I had got the slim fit and my toes stick over the ends so I had to cut the toe off the old supports to fill the gap

I ordered the night sock and it ended up ripping, I emailed customer service and I received a response in like 10 minutes, which in itself is unheard of, they offered to send me a new product and sent UPS to pick up the ripped item. I had returned and received my new night sock in less than a week. I would recommend the night sock to anyone who is experiencing planter fasciitis and I would also HIGHLY recommend powerstep for all your insert needs, they have awesome products and even more awesome customer service.
