I have been suffering with heel pain in my left foot for over a year. It has interfered with my job as a nurse and my activity level at home as a mom and wife. The ailing and inserts have reduced my pain significantly and has improved my life. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gave me instant stability after 23 years of wobbling forward. I had just learned a few months before than support under my metatarsal gave me stability I hadn't experienced for twenty-three years since my traumatic brain injury. I wish I knew the optimum placement of the pads, and the optimum thickness, It would be very nice if the glue didn't wear out as quickly.

My doctor recommend 3/4 PowerStep inserts. I had pain after every soccer game and then after every run and then every morning,. I followed my Doctor's advise for 8 weeks and purchased PowerStep for every pair of sneakers I own (6). After one year my pain in the morning disappeared and then 6 months later I no longer had to ice my feet after a soccer game or running. I have been pain free for 2 years now.
