I was introduced to Powerstep products with orthotics supplied by my Podiatrist. Without question they helped my problem considerably. The problem came when it came time to replace them, as the products available through medical professionals are not available for general purchase. I went to the retail site and had a hard time figuring out which of the products would be equivalent to the ones available only through my Podiatrist, based on the information provided. I would have appreciated some cross-reference information.

I was skeptical, because I had tried other non-custom orthotics before. But, wow, I have powersteps in my sneakers and my work shoes and they allow me to stand/walk without fatigue or pain. Love them!

I have had the max insoles for awhile now. they work good for correcting your foot problems but the only draw back is they have already fallen apart. so because of that i find it hard to buy again

After purchasing the insoles, I have had nothing but increasing pain in my joints. I wait 10 days before taking out the insoles and going back to my old significantly worn insoles. I had bought them in the hopes that my feet pain would ease up and I would become more functional. This was not the case. Not only did my feet pain increase, I developed pain in knees, hips, and lower back, too. I am no longer using the insoles and my back and knees have return to occasional discomfort. They did not help the pronation of my feet, actually made it worse, hence the knee, hip and back pain. You get what you pay for.

Dear Brenda, We would like to see that everyone receives pain relief and support from our Powerstep products. I have reviewed your order, and would like to suggest a different item which may relieve your joint pain. Our Pinnacle Full Length, offers a zero break-in period, has a plush top cover and provides slightly more support as the items you purchased. If you are interested, feel free to contact our office and we would be happy to provide you with more information.

My podiatrist recommended that I get Powerstep insoles to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. I have been wearing them for just over a month and the condition is almost eliminated. I think Powerstep deserves a good share of the credit.

Love the insoles on my feet all day and feet don't hurt.

These Powerstep orthotics are lightweight, comfortable and have fit perfectly in all the shoes I've tried them in. I did have a podiatrist recommend what size to get, which was actually a half size smaller than the size I buy in shoes, and they are perfect.
